• Customer Contribution Time Payment Plan
  Install permanent extensions to existing residential and farm services.

• Residential Earth Power Loan
  Financing available for alternative energy sources including; geothermal heat pumps, air source heat pumps, solar water heating and solar photovoltaic. Annual interest rate of 4.9 per cent (O.A.C.) and requires no down payment. The maximum term is 180 months.

• Energy Finance Plan Loan
  Borrow up to $5,000. Interest rate of 6.75 per cent, with a maximum term of 5 years; minimum loan is $500 and no down payment is required. Now available to homeowners for radon abatement projects.

• PAYS Financing
  Extended term financing for energy efficiency upgrades.

• Power Smart Residential Loan
  Annual interest rate of 4.8 per cent (O.A.C.) and requires no down payment. The maximum term is 60 months (180 months for natural gas furnaces), and the minimum monthly payment is $15.
